Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect on godeeperdigital.com, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what you send us and basic analytics, we sell none of it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use our contact form (processed by Brevo, our email platform) or book a call, we receive what you submit — typically your name, email, phone, business name, and what you tell us about your business. We use it to reply, prepare your game plan, and provide services. Nothing else. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot; it does not use cookies to track you.
• Google sign-in (One Tap). If you use the "Continue with Google" prompt on this site, Google shares your name and email address with us — Google shows you exactly what will be shared before you tap, and nothing else is read from your Google account. We treat it like a contact-form signup: you'll get our emails (about one a week, with an unsubscribe link in every one) and we may reply personally.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally.
• Payments. If you buy a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by our booking provider, which receives the details you enter to create the meeting.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, we don't run third-party advertising on this site, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for. If you email us to ask about a service, we'll reply about that service — that's it.

Cookies

The site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and any cookies our embedded providers (Stripe, booking) require to function. Details and opt-out options are on our cookie notice.

How we protect your information

Data you send us lives in the systems named above (our email platform, booking and CRM provider, and payment processor), each of which encrypts data in transit and at rest and is accessible only with authenticated logins we control. Our website is served over HTTPS, and our forms are gated against automated abuse. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your data lives deliberately small.

How long we keep things

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as they're useful for serving you, then deleted. Client records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Cloudflare's standard windows.

Your choices

Email calvern@godeeperdigital.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll handle it promptly. Depending on where you live, privacy laws (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) may give you additional specific rights — the email above is the way to exercise any of them.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top. Questions — email us.
