Terms of Service
Effective September 8, 2026 · Deeper Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company · calvern@godeeperdigital.com
These terms cover your use of godeeperdigital.com. They're short because plain beats long.
What this site is
The articles and guides here are general information about local search marketing — shared honestly, but they're not professional advice for your specific situation, and results from applying them vary by market. Do your own diligence before making business decisions.
No ranking promises
Nobody controls Google's rankings — not us, not anyone. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific ranking, timeline, or result. What we do promise clients is defined deliverables: the work ships each month or that month is free. Details live in each client's signed service agreement.
Client engagements
If you become a client, the engagement is governed by the Deeper Digital service agreement you sign — including scope, the deliverables guarantee, the three-month minimum, and your ownership of everything we build for you on exit. If anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Our content
The content on this site — articles, graphics, data charts — belongs to Deeper Digital LLC. Quote it with a link and credit; don't republish it wholesale as your own.
Outbound links
We link to outside sources (Google documentation, industry research). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent Texas law allows, Deeper Digital LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to the website is limited to $100. (Client engagements are governed by the signed agreement, not this cap.)
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Travis County. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above is the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
