Who you're actually hiring

Two people. Your market. Done properly.

No account managers, no offshore ticket queue. You hire Deeper Digital, you get the two founders: Zach takes your call, Cal does the work. There is nobody else to escalate to, and that's the point.

I'm Calvern Tong

South African, based in Austin, doing SEO for a living since 2020 — freelance, then the blog for the National Association of Sales Professionals, then Deeper Digital LLC in 2024.

My day job is inside one of the biggest marketing platforms in US real estate: $100M a year, 18,000+ businesses. I sell visibility to people whose income depends on being found first.

So I see what big operators pay agencies for. Most of it doesn't apply to a business owner in Waco. The part that does — the Google profile, the reviews, the local pages — is what Deeper Digital productizes, at a price a small business can actually pay.

I run my own consumer brand on the side, built from zero, with my own money on the line. I don't sell what I haven't already done badly once and then figured out.

Cape Town, where I'm from — Texas already on my chest. Austin's home now, and Central Texas is who I serve.

Why I do this

Big agencies chase big logos. I'd rather help the person who answers their own phone.

I've watched skilled people — injectors, caregivers, detailers, clinic owners — lose work every week to a competitor who isn't better, just easier to find. That's fixable. It's a shame when it doesn't get fixed.

The ones I work with now all have the same thing in common: they go to the customer. Mobile med spas, home care, mobile detailing. No shopfront means no free advertising, so the map listing is the shopfront — and it's the part almost nobody sets up properly.

The honest personal reason: I'm a husband and a brand-new father. I built this to buy my time back. That's why it's systemized, kept small on purpose, and built to compound — the same way steady Google visibility compounds for you.

You own everything we build. Your profile, your reviews, your domain — and any pages or site you commission, in writing. Ads stop working the day you stop paying; this stacks.

Meet Zach

Zach Brzezinski
Co-founder, Deeper Digital LLC · Austin, TX

Zach runs the sales side: the first call, the game plan walk-through, and the honest answer on whether your market is worth the money. After you sign he stays the person you can call. Cal builds and runs everything on the card.

One sells, one delivers, and both of us are on the hook for what we promise.

The software is built for us by JMac Web. Justin Morris's Austin engineering shop builds the platform behind the booking, review requests, inbox and client sites — secure, fast, and engineered for this exact job rather than rented off a shelf. We run it; you never log in to anything.

How winnable is your market? Here's a real search.

This isn't a mockup. A live Google search run on 31 July 2026 with the location pinned to Waco. The top spot has 59 reviews. The business with the most reviews in the pack — 69 — isn't the one ranking first.

We ran the same search twice in one evening and second and third swapped places. The counts didn't move; the order did. If reviews decided this, the pack would sit still.

It isn't one odd market either. On 7 August we searched mobile detailing austin tx: first place had 204 reviews, second had 1,300, third had 29. Same shape, different trade, different city.

Reviews are only about a fifth of what Google ranks on. The rest is the boring part: right categories, a complete profile, real service areas, steady posts, listings that agree with each other. Most of the profiles above you stopped doing that a long time ago.

Live Google search results for pressure washing in Waco TX on 31 July 2026, location pinned to Waco — the three-business pack shows 59 reviews at first, 69 at second and 24 at third, so the most-reviewed business is not ranking first
Live Google search — "pressure washing waco tx", location set to Waco, 31 July 2026. Run it yourself; that's the point. Your result may differ, because Google answers from where you are standing.
